About MFLRC
License & Regulatory Consultants
MFLRC (MF License & Regulatory Consultants) is a Canadian firm focused on licensing, regulatory affairs, and quality systems for highly regulated product categories. We support organizations in pharmaceuticals, natural health products, food and beverages, medical devices, cosmetics, cannabis, controlled substances, psychedelics, and adjacent sectors—helping teams strengthen submissions, build defensible quality systems, and operate with greater regulatory confidence.

Vision
How we see the work
A regulatory environment where well-prepared organizations can commercialize responsibly: where quality systems, licensing strategy, and evidence-backed files work together as a foundation for sustainable market access—not as obstacles to be rushed past.
