You can apply for the following licenses depending on your business.
This will be the license if individuals or corporations are processing a smaller amount of cannabis. Micro-processor license holders are limited to processing cannabis products equivalent to 600 kg of dried cannabis per year.
This will be the license if individuals or corporations are processing a large amount of cannabis. Standard processing license holders can manufacture, sell, and distribute an unlimited amount of cannabis per year.
A processing license, either micro or standard, also allows the sale of cannabis plants and seeds to licensed nurseries, the delivery of cannabis products to license holders that sell cannabis for medical purposes, and delivery to those authorized to sell cannabis under a provincial or territorial Act.
